国家涂料质量监督检验中心是国内首批经中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可的符合ISO/IEC1 7025《检测和校准实验室能力通用要求》的实验室,是由国家认监委授权的,国内最早专门从事涂料、颜料、胶黏剂等产品质量检验的国家级质检中心。

中心依托单位中海油常州涂料化工研究院有限公司,是一个集科研和行业服务为一体的综合性科研院所,国家涂料工程技术研究中心、全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会秘书处、全国涂料信息中心、中国化工学会涂料涂装专业委员会等行业组织均设在研究院内,该院雄厚的技术力量,先进的装备水平,丰富的信息资源,为国家涂料质检中心优质、高效的开展各项工作提供了可靠的技术支撑。

中心拥有一批具有丰富理论知识和实践经验的专业技术人员,配备了行业领先水平的仪器设备,具备对各类涂料、颜料、胶黏剂等产品的检验能力中国涂料在线coatingol.com。中心除承担国家指令性检验任务和产品质量仲裁检验外,主要面向各行业客户承接各类委托检验,满足各种检验需求。除此之外,中心还可提供检验人员培训、检验用品供应和检验技术咨询等服务。

National QualitySupervision Testing Center for Paint is a laboratory that has been accreditedby ChinaNational Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) andproved to meet the requirements of ISO / IEC 17025 General requirements forthecompetence of testing and calibration laboratories, it is the only nationalquality testing center of paints, pigments, adhesives andetc. which isauthorized by Certification and Accreditation Administration of thePeople'  s Republic of China.

The center isaffiliated to CNOOC Changzhou Paint & Coatings Industry Research Institute,which is a research institute including research and professional service.National paint & Coatings Engineering Technical Research Center, thesecretariat of National Technical Committee of paint and Pigment for Standardization,National paint & Coatings Industry Information Center, Society of Coatings& Finishing of CIESC and etc. are all set up in Changzhou Paint &Coatings Industry Research Institute. The rich technical human resource,advanced equipments and abundant information resource are reliable technicalsupports for the center to conduct variable works optimally and effectively.

There are a lotof specialized technicians with rich theoretical knowledge and practicalexperience in the center. Also the center is equipped with various advancedapparatus which have the leading place in the industry and can fulfill thequality testing of paints, pigments and adhesives. In addition to the nationaldirective quality supervision testing tasks and the referee tests of theproducts in dispute, the center can undertake variable entrusting tests to meetvariable test needs. Furthermore, the center can provide train lessons fortesters, supply testing materials and offer services for the testing technologyinquiry.
