运输：
设备到需方现场的运输及费用由供方负责。运输方式：汽运（欢迎免费注册，登陆中国涂料在线（涂料在线）行业门户网址www.coatingol.com，免费发布供求，免费发布产品，免费发布企业动态）。用户须提供设备现场卸货、安装的起重设备及配合人员。
不可抗力：
一方因不可抗力原因（诸如战争、水灾、台风、地震、罢工或其他双方公认为不可抗力事故的原因）不能履行本合同，应在此类事件发生后立即通知另一方，并在十四天内将事故发生地政府主管当局签发的证明寄给另一方确认。在这种情况下，本合同履行时间将根据事故延续时间相应延长，但事故持续时间超过 10 天，则供、需双方协商后有权解除合同而不承担违约责任。
保修期：
设备终验收合格后，设备保修期为：壹年，不包括易损件。
售后服务:
设备保修期间用户（需方）因设备故障来电来函，供方将在4小时内给予答复；如需技术人员到现场解决问题，供方将在两个工作日内派出人员。保修期满后，我们仍将继续提供优质服务。如有设备损坏，我们仍将继续以优惠的价格提供设备配件和设备维修工作。我们承诺：无论什么原因造成的设备故障，我司首先以修复设备保障生产为服务宗旨。
